Jerome is a qualified joiner, having worked for a number of years for premier Canberra joinery firms before starting his own business. With over 20 years’ experience, Jerome and his team project manage a variety of renovations from pre-sale of homes to post-sale. Backed by qualified, reliable tradespeople Jerome ensures that clients’ projects are finished to a high standard and on time. Jerome has both the technical expertise and experience to deal with all trades and ensure that his clients receive value for money. Paula is a qualified interior decorator and brings with her a raft of experience from both the public and private sectors. When our baby arrived 6 weeks early we thought we wouldn't be able to finish our reno to sell our place. Fortunately, Jerome and his team, from Point 2 Point Property Services, were able to complete the remaining renovation for us, keeping to the limited time-line that our real estate agent had arranged. No problem was too small or too big and his team were able to close out all issues independently, as we live interstate and could do very little. His team transformed the kitchen by painting the laminate cabinets and resurfacing the countertops plus resolved other issues: replaced aircon, painted laundry floor, fixed flyscreens, removed courtyard poles and fixed slate, bought and installed blinds, installed fittings throughout the rest of the place, removed rubbish, fixed fence, arranged gardeners and cleaners, all for a reasonable competitive price. They did such a quality complete job that once they had finished the renovation, the place sold the next day. Jerome is very personable, and had brilliant communication, with us and everyone else he dealt with, sought clarification when needed, even arranging with neighbours to get access for the fence. He provided advice and photos of the work to us once a job had been done and even photos of the staging. We were so thrilled that Jerome and his team made things happen, closed out our remaining to do list and we were even able to sell place before the baby's original due date, exceeding our expectations. We have already recommended him to family and would recommend him to anyone else - you can be confident he will get the job done.
